Bred and raised by renowned breeder Hobe Bernhard (judge for Holsteiner Verband), ALIANO was imported from Germany in 2004, with the help of Karen Reid from Foxfire Farm (US).
ALIANO comes from one of the BEST German STAMM: 318D2. He offers a golden pedigree, with excellent bloodlines of international quality for both dressage and jumping. He scored high at his foal inspection in Germany with the Holsteiner Verband, receiving Premium Foal status.
ALIANO is an outstanding stallion and a true gentleman. He shows extravagant movement, exceptional jumping ability and an incredibly kind disposition.
Now in training and doing very well under saddle, he is demonstrating that he has what it takes to perform at the highest levels in dressage.
ALIANO is out of the gorgeous stallion ALJANO, who was ridden by Wolfgang Schade of the Verband., Aljano and has completed all his lower level classes with wins or placings. He came away from the 100- days tTest with the highest dressage score. Aljano has produced Premium foals and top Ddressage quality offspring.

He is a half- brother to the stallion "Olympic Gestion Silvano N" (by a Tropica mare) Silvano N was ridden by Ellen Bontje for the Dutch equestrian team.
Conrad Schumacher (their trainer) calls Silvano "the best stallion in the world". Silvano N was 6th at the Sydney Olympics in Grand Prix Dressage, and was part of the silver medal Dutch team in Dressage.
On the ALIANO'S dam side, is the very importantly breed mare Stamm 318D2 by Corrado I, NELE IV (Elite mare) out of Valeska IV (fondation Elite mare).
Born in 1985, Corrado I was shownshow internationally by the great Frankie Sloothaak., Corrado won the biggest show in the world, Aachen, setting the stage for his superstar jumping career.
His wins all over Europe set him apart as the epitome of jumper sires.
In 1994 Carrado won the German National Championships
What is intriguing about Corrado is the absolute proven cross of Cor de la Bryere and Capitol I. Cor de la Bryere is respected as one of only a few Elite stallions ever to produce such rideable horses for all the Olympic disciplines. Add to this the absolute level-headedness of the Capitol line and it's no wonder Corrado inherited such talent.
At his 100- dDay tTest Corrado received a 10's in free jumping and 8's foron rideability and canter.
He has produced 60 approved stallion sons and 111 approved daughters.
